ABOUT ME

I am a nature lover, archaeologist and ornithologist, I have been committed to the animal cause since my childhood. This interest was reflected in my phD subject on the relationship between animals and protohistoric societies (2200 - 200 BC). The aim was to study the place that the animals occupied in the artistic, symbolic and even belief conceptions of Protohistoric societies throughout Europe. This research work led me to study animals in their natural environment, while questioning the mental conceptions and figurative thought of past societies. I travel the world as much as possible, looking for archaeological remains, landscapes and animals to observe and photograph, of which here are some illustrations...
